Thanks, Linda.  I needed to calm myself and as usual your music helped me a LOT.  I particularly like the name of this meditative music because I needed to find a way to enjoy Christmas, the most traditional holiday I celebrate, in a completely non-traditional manner.  I was dwelling in a sense of loss instead of seeking a path of joy.  I'm off to find some joy!
